About Fresh Chicken Farm
Our story, values, and the dedicated team behind our sustainable poultry operation
Our Story
Fresh Chicken Farm was established in 2015 by a group of agricultural professionals committed to creating a poultry operation that prioritizes animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and product quality. What began as a small family farm with just 500 chickens has grown into a modern facility housing over 5,000 birds on 12 acres of land in rural Poland.
Our journey has been guided by the principle that ethical farming practices and profitable business operations are not mutually exclusive. By investing in proper infrastructure, employee training, and veterinary care, we have built a reputation for producing high-quality eggs while maintaining exemplary animal welfare standards.
Today, Fresh Chicken Farm serves as an educational resource for other farmers interested in transitioning to higher-welfare production systems. We regularly host farm visits, participate in agricultural conferences, and share our experiences to promote industry-wide improvements in poultry farming practices.

Transparency: We maintain open communication with consumers, regulators, and the agricultural community about our practices, challenges, and continuous improvement efforts.
Sustainability: Our operations minimize environmental impact through resource conservation, waste reduction, and renewable energy use. We view our farm as part of a larger ecosystem that must be preserved for future generations.
Quality: We are committed to producing eggs that meet the highest standards of freshness, safety, and nutritional value through rigorous quality control and proper handling at every stage.
Education: We share knowledge about poultry farming, animal welfare, and sustainable agriculture to contribute to industry advancement and public understanding of modern farming practices.
Community Engagement
Fresh Chicken Farm actively participates in local agricultural associations, supports rural development initiatives, and provides employment opportunities in our community. We source feed ingredients from local suppliers when possible and collaborate with neighboring farms on sustainability projects.
Educational programs for schools and agricultural students allow us to share practical knowledge about poultry farming and inspire the next generation of farmers. We believe that successful agriculture depends on strong rural communities and are committed to being a positive contributor to ours.
