Free-Range Eggs
Our primary product is fresh eggs from hens with outdoor access. These birds roam freely during daylight hours, foraging for insects and plants, which contributes to eggs with rich, deep-colored yolks and firm whites. Free-range eggs are collected daily, graded for size and quality, and stored in temperature-controlled facilities to ensure maximum freshness.
Barn Eggs
Barn eggs come from hens housed in spacious indoor facilities with perches, nesting boxes, and enrichment materials. While these birds do not have outdoor access, they enjoy freedom of movement and comfortable living conditions that exceed conventional cage systems. Barn eggs offer consistent quality and are produced year-round regardless of weather conditions.
Organic Eggs
Our organic egg production follows strict EU organic certification standards. Hens receive 100% organic feed free from synthetic pesticides and GMOs, have outdoor access to organic pastures, and are raised without routine antibiotics. Organic eggs appeal to consumers seeking products aligned with organic agriculture principles and environmental sustainability.
Specialty Eggs
We produce specialty eggs enriched with omega-3 fatty acids through dietary supplementation with flaxseed and other natural sources. These eggs provide additional nutritional benefits while maintaining the same quality standards as our other products. Specialty eggs are clearly labeled with nutritional information and production details.
Organic Fertilizer
Composted poultry manure is processed into high-quality organic fertilizer rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. This by-product of our egg production operation provides valuable nutrients for gardens, agricultural fields, and landscaping applications. Our composting process reduces pathogens and creates a stable, pleasant-to-handle product that improves soil structure and fertility.
Spent Hen Program
When laying hens reach the end of their productive cycle, they are humanely processed through certified facilities. The meat from spent hens is used in processed food products where mature chicken meat is appropriate. This practice ensures that all resources are utilized responsibly and contributes to the overall sustainability of our operation.
Quality Standards and Certifications
All our products meet or exceed Polish and European Union quality standards. Our facility is regularly inspected by government veterinary services, food safety authorities, and independent certification bodies. We maintain comprehensive traceability systems that allow us to track products from our farm through distribution channels.
Eggs are graded according to weight classifications and quality parameters including shell integrity, air cell size, yolk position, and internal defects. Only eggs meeting strict quality criteria are packaged for distribution. Products that do not meet our standards are diverted to secondary uses such as processing or animal feed production.
Packaging and Storage
Eggs are packaged in recyclable cardboard cartons or plastic containers clearly labeled with production date, best-before date, farming method, and producer identification. We use minimal packaging materials while ensuring adequate protection during transport. All packaging complies with food safety regulations and includes required consumer information in Polish and English.
Temperature control is maintained throughout storage and distribution to preserve egg quality and safety. Our cold storage facilities maintain consistent temperatures, and we work with distributors who have appropriate refrigerated transport capabilities. Proper handling procedures are documented and communicated to all partners in our supply chain.
